At Valzaré, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Because we process every return manually, we ask you to send an email to returns@valzare.com Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and, if applicable, the reason for your return.

After receiving your message, we'll email you a return label and further instructions. Once we've received and inspected your package, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags attached. You have a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.
